Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Katrina Burgoyne's online store. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods (such as new product launches or holiday seasons), processing times may be extended by an additional 1-2 business days.
Drop Shipping by SPOD: Some items, including apparel and custom merchandise, are fulfilled and shipped directly by our drop-shipping partner, SPOD. These products may ship separately from other items in your order.
Order Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Standard Shipping (Domestic - Within the USA):
- Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days after order processing.
- Rates vary based on the weight of the order and delivery location. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Expedited Shipping (Domestic - Within the USA):
- Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days after order processing.
- Rates vary based on the weight and size of the order and delivery location. Please select expedited shipping at checkout for an accurate quote.
International Shipping (Outside the USA):
- Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processes.
- Shipping rates and fees may vary based on your order’s weight and delivery location. Final costs will be calculated at checkout.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

SPOD handles the fulfillment and shipping of certain products, and these items will be shipped directly from SPOD's facility.
Delivery Times: SPOD's production time is typically 1-2 business days, and shipping times vary based on the selected shipping method.
Shipping Rates: SPOD shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the product type, weight, and destination.
Tracking Information: SPOD will provide tracking information once the product is shipped. This tracking number may differ from tracking numbers for other items in your order.

Domestic Orders (USA): We ship orders using a variety of carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and SPOD’s carrier network, to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
International Orders: We use carriers like DHL, UPS, or USPS, along with SPOD's carrier options, for international shipments.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international locations where our carriers may have restrictions.

While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please note that unforeseen circumstances (such as weather delays, customs processing, or carrier disruptions) can affect delivery times.
If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@katrinaburgoyne.com with your order number and details, and we will work to resolve the issue.

If you need to make changes to your shipping address, upgrade your shipping option, or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order is processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
Note: SPOD orders are processed immediately upon receipt, so any changes to SPOD-fulfilled items must be requested as soon as possible.
