When Shania Twain’s biggest fan grows up and becomes a country artist, you get Katrina Burgoyne.

Originally from small-town Australia, Katrina landed in the USA 8 years ago with three suitcases, a guitar, and just enough money to buy a salvaged-title car. Now based in Nashville, she’s building a family, a home, and a life filled with music — proving that the American Dream is still alive.

Her sound? Quirky Country — a playful, feel-good spin on songwriting full of uptempo, sing-along bops designed to make people smile.

After nearly two decades of making a full time living playing cover gigs, Katrina became determined to blend her onstage “quirk” with her own original songs. Over the last five years, she’s been road-testing new music across Tennessee and Kentucky — gradually transforming her bar sets into original shows and building a loyal fanbase one singalong at a time.

Katrina is a 4x CMAA (Country Music Association of Australia) Golden Guitar nominee. Her songs have been recorded by Australian stars Amber Lawrence and Travis Collins, Scottish country favorite Lisa McHugh, and American country legend Lorrie Morgan.
